By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to your applicable statutory rights.

OFFBLANK.VISUALS offers digital products and services, which may include:
Downloadable Shopify themes and website templates.
Theme installation and initial setup services.
Digital installation guides and supporting documentation.

A theme licence permits you to:
Install and use the purchased theme on the licensed storefront.
Customise the theme's design, content, colours, typography and available functionality.
Modify the theme code for use on the licensed storefront.
Use the theme for lawful commercial activities.
Purchasing a theme does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
Resell, redistribute or commercially share the theme files.
Upload the theme for public download or distribution.
Claim authorship or ownership of the original theme design or code.
Repackage the theme as a competing digital product.
Sublicense the theme to other businesses or individuals.
Use a single-store licence across multiple unrelated live storefronts.
If you wish to use a theme on multiple storefronts, you must obtain an appropriate licence for each storefront unless otherwise agreed.
These restrictions do not prevent lawful modifications or uses expressly permitted by applicable law.
All original theme designs, source code, layouts, graphics, documentation, branding and other materials created by OFFBLANK.VISUALS remain our intellectual property or that of our respective licensors.
The names OFFBLANK.VISUALS and associated branding must not be used in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, partnership or ownership.
Customers retain ownership of their own brand assets, product photographs, logos, written content and other materials added to a purchased theme.
Third-party software, fonts, libraries and integrations may be subject to separate licence terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights beyond those expressly granted.
Our Shopify themes are designed to offer customisation through Shopify's theme editor and, where appropriate, through modifications to the theme code.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that changes made to their storefront are appropriate for their business.
Custom code modifications, third-party applications or external integrations may affect the appearance, compatibility or functionality of a theme.
We cannot guarantee that every third-party modification or integration will function correctly with our products.
However, this does not exclude responsibility for faults or incompatibilities attributable to a product we have supplied.
Customers may have the option to purchase a theme installation or setup service.
The scope of each service will be described at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly included in the purchased package, installation services do not automatically include:
Full website redesign or bespoke development.
Creation of product photography, branding or written content.
Unlimited revisions or ongoing website management.
Third-party application subscriptions.
Shopify subscription charges.
Custom functionality beyond the purchased theme's advertised features.
Customers may be required to provide appropriate Shopify collaborator access, product information, imagery and other necessary materials.
We will only request the access reasonably necessary to complete the agreed service.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and approval.
Our digital products and services are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
For UK consumers, online purchases generally carry a statutory cancellation period, subject to relevant exceptions.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right to cancel may be lost once supply begins if the customer has expressly consented to early supply, acknowledged the loss of their cancellation right and received the required confirmation.
Where installation or setup services begin during the cancellation period, additional statutory rules may apply.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Returns Policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to provide reasonable assistance for technical issues relating to our purchased themes.
Support may include:
Assistance accessing purchased theme files.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, support does not include unlimited custom development, ongoing website administration or troubleshooting unrelated third-party software.
We may request relevant screenshots, error messages or other information to investigate an issue.
We do not guarantee an immediate response or a specific resolution time unless separately agreed.
Your statutory rights relating to defective digital content remain unaffected.

We are not Shopify, and purchasing our products does not include a Shopify subscription.
Customers are responsible for any applicable Shopify fees and third-party service charges.
Shopify and other external platforms may change their functionality, technical requirements or terms of service.
We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.
Any references to Shopify are used to describe compatibility with the platform and do not imply official endorsement or affiliation.
We may update our website, product descriptions, documentation and digital products to improve performance, security or functionality.
We aim to keep our website accessible and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
Any updates or support commitments included with a purchased product will be governed by the terms advertised at the time of purchase.
